Senior paint technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paint Technician to join our world-class manufacturing team in Woking as part of a full-time, on-site role. The successful candidate will perform advanced paint application processes such as prepping, polishing and detailing vehicle components to world class standards. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring adherence to quality standards, conducting inspections to maintain consistent quality, and collaborating with the team to meet production deadlines.

• Expertise in Paint application, Painting processes, and advanced techniques for automotive components
• Experience with Quality Control to ensure vehicle finishes meet high standards
• Demonstrated attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
• Ability to follow technical instructions, adhere to production schedules, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant experience in the automotive industry or a related field is advantageous
• A strong understanding of health and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
