MPC Paint Technician

Job Title

MPC Paint Technician Location Woking As  a technician within production, specifically the paint shop, reporting to the Team Leader/Group Leader at McLaren Automotive, you will take on a role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation within one of our paint Process areas, ensuring your paint process is delivered to a high standard. This may involve Load, unload, inspection of the panels or paint application.

Ability to escalate to your leader any concerns that may be affecting the quality, cost or productivity of the panels being painted.

- Experience with in paint application is essential.

Essential Functional / Technical Skills
* The understanding of processes/work instructions to deliver a consistent process.
* The understanding of workplace safety risk assessments and their meaning.
* Ability to make sound and logical decisions.
* Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Proven experience and knowledge within paint application is essential.
