MIG & TIG Welder Fabricator
Location: West Byfleet, KT14
Position: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £37,440 – £39,520 per year (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG & TIG Welder Fabricator to join a well-established and growing engineering team based in West Byfleet. This is a permanent position offering stable, long-term employment and the opportunity to work on a variety of precision fabrication projects.

• MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
• Fabricating components from technical drawings and specifications
• Cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts to required tolerances
• Ensuring high-quality weld finishes and structural integrity
• Using fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
• Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Proven experience in MIG & TIG welding and fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience working with stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of workshop health & safety practices
• Previous experience within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
• Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications
