Position: Masker (Temporary)
About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on individual to join our team as a Masker. This role involves preparing components for finishing by applying masking materials with accuracy and care. You’ll work as part of a supportive production team ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately apply masking materials to components following technical specifications

* Inspect work to ensure precise coverage and clean edges

* Work with small tools and materials to support the finishing process

* Maintain a clean and organised work area

* Follow health & safety and quality procedures

Skills & Experience We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds, especially those who enjoy fine, hands-on work. Experience in any of the following areas can be beneficial, but not essential:

* Crafting, jewellery making, model making, sewing, or similar precision-based tasks

* Working with small components or intricate materials

* Strong attention to detail and steady, methodical working style
