Senior Lead CNC Turner

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead CNC Machinist (Turning) to join a well-established engineering environment based in Woking, GU23.

This is a full-time, permanent, days-based role, ideal for someone looking for stability and progression within precision manufacturing.

Job duties include:

Programming, setting, and operating CNC turning and mill-turn machines
Supporting day-to-day production to meet quality and delivery targets
Providing technical guidance and support to other machinists
Proving programs and resolving machining or process-related issues
Reading and working from engineering drawings
Contributing to continuous improvement in machining methods and efficiency
