Vehicle Prepper - £35K-£40K

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing vehicle refurbishment business that is expanding its team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic workshop and play a key role in preparing vehicles for painting and finishing. If you enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in high‑quality results, and want to be part of a team that's growing and developing, this could be the role for you.

You will prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding and masking, ensuring all surfaces are clean and ready for paint application. You will assist paint sprayers, maintain a tidy work area, and support other departments as needed.

• Experience in vehicle preparation and masking
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of health and safety in a workshop environment

• £35,000 - £40,000 per year
• 28 days' holiday including bank holidays, plus Christmas shutdown
• Bonus and benefits package under review
• Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
