A leading precision manufacturing company in Woking seeks an experienced Lead CNC Turning Machinist. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead by example, overseeing the CNC Turning section while programming, setting, and machining high-quality components to meet strict productivity targets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Mazak, Siemens, and Fanuc controls and a supportive management approach. This position offers a salary between £40,000 and £45,000, plus overtime, bonus, and additional benefits.
