MTC Paint - Principle Technician

As a principal technician within the production area, specifically paint shop reporting to the Group Leader at Mc Laren Automotive , you will take on a role in ensuring a seamless and efficient operation within the application of paint is at it’svery best within one of our built-in quality areas, ensuring production continue a consistent, high quality application process.

Your primary responsibility will be practical problem solving any issues found within the quality stations, reworking the faultto the required standard of process/application, also conducting a 4m method to quickly resolve within our internal stakeholder team. You will also ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered too. Your contributions will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals as a company.
