Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week from the Office, 2 days from home.

Contract: Full-time, Permanent 37.5 hours per week

• Extensive experience in senior leadership support, strategy, or operational roles (e.g., Chief of Staff, Strategy Director).
• Strong understanding of FMCG, retail, or agency environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Experience in organisational transformation and change management.

Strategic Leadership & Execution

• Partner with the President to define, prioritise, and deliver strategic initiatives.
• Translate business goals into actionable plans with clear KPIs and timelines.
• Lead transformation and cross-functional projects that elevate performance and client value.

Executive Support & Governance

• Shape leadership agendas, prepare briefings, and manage follow-up on actions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the President.
• Strengthen alignment with Acosta US, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Global Leadership Team (GLT).

Client & Business Performance

• Monitor commercial performance, market trends, and client health metrics.
• Identify insights, risks, and opportunities to enhance business outcomes.
• Support the optimisation of client relationship management processes.

Communication, Engagement & Change Management

• Drive internal communications around strategy, transformation, and organisational updates.
• Champion change initiatives and lead impact assessments and readiness planning.
• Foster collaboration and alignment across the leadership team and wider business.
• Enhance Acosta Europe s external profile through professional, digital-first communication.

Project Delivery & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Lead key programmes from concept through execution.
• Align cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation.
