You'll be the President's trusted advisor, a driver of operational excellence, and the connector who brings our leadership team together around the right priorities at the right time.

Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week from the Office, 2 days from home.
Contract: Full-time, Permanent 37.5 hours per week
What we are looking for in our Chief of StaffWe"re looking for someone who brings a powerful blend of strategic insight and operational excellence.
- A highly strategic thinker with a strong bias for action
- An exceptional communicator and influencer at senior levels
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information
- Resilient, proactive, and solutions-orientated
- Skilled at simplifying complexity and driving clarity
- Collaborative, adaptable, and energised by positive change
- Extensive experience in senior leadership support, strategy, or operational roles (e.g., Chief of Staff, Strategy Director).
- Strong understanding of FMCG, retail, or agency environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Experience in organisational transformation and change management.
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Partner with the President to define, prioritise, and deliver strategic initiatives.
- Translate business goals into actionable plans with clear KPIs and timelines.
- Lead transformation and cross-functional projects that elevate performance and client value.
Executive Support & Governance
- Shape leadership agendas, prepare briefings, and manage follow-up on actions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the President.
- Strengthen alignment with Acosta US, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Global Leadership Team (GLT).
Client & Business Performance
- Monitor commercial performance, market trends, and client health metrics.
- Identify insights, risks, and opportunities to enhance business outcomes.
- Support the optimisation of client relationship management processes.
Communication, Engagement & Change Management
- Drive internal communications around strategy, transformation, and organisational updates.
- Champion change initiatives and lead impact assessments and readiness planning.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across the leadership team and wider business.
- Enhance Acosta Europe s external profile through professional, digital-first communication.
Project Delivery & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead key programmes from concept through execution.
- Align cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation.
