Job Overview

General Supervisor (FTC 6 months) – Temporary contract until 31 August 2026, full time 39 hrs/week.

Location:

HMP Coldingley, Shaftesbury Rd, Bisley, Woking (GU24 9EX). Salary: £43,177.30 per annum.

• 25 days annual holidays plus bank holidays.

We are a Ministry of Justice business providing critical, time‑bound services to HMPPS and looking for a General Supervisor to join our team at HMP Coldingley. As a General Supervisor, you will work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues ranging from plumbers and electricians to cleaners and administrators, contributing to a safe and secure environment for all.

• Previous recognised experience and supervisory skills in the facilities management service.
• Experience with compliance.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements.
• Relevant professional qualifications (facilities management / project management).
• Good Health & Safety knowledge.
• Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
