The Role

The firm is seeking an experienced Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning Paralegal to join its Private Client team based in Woking. This role is well suited to a candidate with solid private client experience who is confident managing their own workload and is looking to progress their career within a growing and supportive team.

• Supporting the Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning team on a range of private client matters
• Managing a caseload of straightforward probate matters from initial instruction through to completion
• Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and related legal documentation accurately and efficiently
• Attending client meetings alongside senior team members to take instructions
• Assisting on more complex probate and estate matters under supervision
• Liaising directly with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
• Maintaining well-organised files and managing competing priorities effectively
