Overview

Residential Solicitor Take ownership of your own residential caseload while helping to grow a well-established Woking team with genuine plans for expansion. You will join the residential property team, managing a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion. You will work closely with colleagues, referrers, and clients, contributing to both excellent client outcomes and the continued growth of the Woking office.

• Running a full residential conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Managing files independently while meeting financial targets and service standards
• Ensuring all matters comply with regulatory and internal compliance requirements
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and professional referrers

• Strong technical experience in residential conveyancing at around 3
  
  PQE+
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with confidence
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
• 2-3 years  PQE preferred, but experienced Residential Property Executives are also encouraged to apply

• Salary of £50,000+ depending on experience
