• Communication: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service are crucial.
• Proactivity and Commercial Awareness: Eagerness to support the growth of a progressive firm is desired.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for running a full caseload of residential property transactions, including:

• Sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Confidently managing files from instruction through to completion.
• Achieving financial targets while maintaining exceptional client care.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with referrers and other professional contacts.
• Contributing to business development initiatives to support the growth of the Woking office.
