Residential Conveyancing Solicitor​/Executive

A well-established and growing law firm based in Woking is seeking an ambitious and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a busy and expanding residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in strengthening the firm’s presence in the Woking market while managing a high-quality residential caseload.

The firm is ideally looking for someone with around 2–3 years’ PQE, however applications are welcomed from candidates with solid residential conveyancing experience at different levels. Experienced Residential Property Executives who can confidently manage a full caseload are also encouraged to apply.

• Has strong technical experience in residential conveyancing
• Is confident managing a busy and varied caseload independently
• Enjoys building relationships and contributing to business development (a following is desirable but not essential)
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused approach
• Is proactive, commercially aware, and keen to support the growth of a progressive firm

• Running a full residential property caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and related matters
• Managing files from instruction through to completion
• Achieving financial targets while maintaining high standards of client care
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
• Building strong relationships with referrers and professional contacts
• Supporting wider business development initiatives within the Woking office
