A leading regional law firm is seeking a confident and capable Private Wealth Solicitor to join its highly regarded Private Wealth Team in Woking. The firm has a strong presence across the South East and London

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Tier 2 Legal 500-ranked private wealth practice acting for high-net-worth individuals, families and rural estates on complex domestic and cross-border matters, within a firm consistently recognised as one of the best law firms to work for.

Based in the Woking office, this role offers a hybrid working model
, with around three days per week in the office. You will advise a diverse and sophisticated client base, including individuals with business interests, overseas assets and complex family structures.

Your work will include:

• Lifetime and succession planning
• Drafting and structuring Wills as part of wider estate planning strategies
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Creation, administration and winding up of trusts
• Regular client meetings and ongoing advisory relationships

The Private Wealth team is highly sought-after by high-net-worth clients, typically with assets ranging from £5m–£20m, and is particularly well known for its tax-efficient succession planning work.

The practice is ranked Tier 2 in the Legal 500. The department advises on complex domestic and cross-border mandates, including work for rural estates.

The team is led by a full STEP member, noted for deep expertise in estate planning and wealth structuring, with additional recognised strength in inheritance tax planning and agricultural property relief.
