Dutton Gregory Solicitors is seeking an ambitious and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing Woking team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence in the local market while managing a high-quality residential caseload.

We are ideally looking for someone with around 23 years PQE, but are flexible if you’ve got solid residential conveyancing experience and a knack for building relationships or getting involved in business development; we would still love to hear from you. We also consider experienced Residential Property Executives who can confidently handle their own caseload.

You will be responsible for running a full residential property caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other associated transactions.

• Confidently manage own files from instruction through to completion
• Achieve financial targets while maintaining exceptional client care
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory and internal compliance standards
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with referrers and other professional contacts
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support growth of the Woking office

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
• Initiative in generating new business and ideally brings a following of work
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to outstanding client service
• Proactive, commercially aware, and eager to support continued growth of a progressive firm
