Marketing Lead

• Own inbound digital funnels — deliver high-quality leads to sales
• Run outbound campaigns — email, webinars, events — aligned with sales
• Track pipeline health, conversion rates, and ROI — make data-driven improvements
• Translate complex products into clear, executive-level messaging
• Maintain and improve website and social presence, driving engagement and SEO
• Use Hub Spot, Salesforce, Linked In, and other tools to execute and track campaigns
• Supervise one Marketing Executive

• Solid experience marketing for a small to medium B2B “software” company - agency or in-house
• Hands‑on experience managing funnels and campaigns that drive real business results
• Skilled with Hub Spot; experience in Salesforce and Linked In campaigns
• Copywriting and content creation skills — blogs, thought leadership, and lead‑generation content
• Independent and confident — can work with gravitas, alongside sales and leadership

• Salary up to £60,000 per annum
• Hybrid working (3 days in‑office)
• Entry into an employee share scheme after 2 years
• Clear progression to Head of Marketing and eventually CMO
