What is the role?

They are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will specialise in the driving sector, helping to identify and attract top talent for their clients. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates for driving positions.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand clients' specific needs and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or call-centre environments, preferably
  • Driving sector experience is ideal but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to sourcing and recruiting.
