We are looking for a Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a passion for delivering the best quality of care.

You will be expected to work 38.5 per week
, working days and nights shifts on a rota basis. (shift times – 8:00am to 8:15pm; 8:00pm to 8:15am) at Cygnet Hospital Woking
.

Picasso Ward is our 12 bed female mental health acute service. The service provides a safe and stabilising environment for women who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission.

Cygnet Hospital Woking offers a range of secure mental health services for men and women and an Acute service.
Cygnet Lodge Woking
, our sister hospital close by, offers a high dependency inpatient rehabilitation service and an Acute service for men and extends our care pathway.

• Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments & observations
• Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, & improve quality
• Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing
• Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives & other healthcare professionals
• Administer medicines within healthcare procedure & Healthcare Commission guidelines
