Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and families? Woking Borough Council is looking for a Temporary Accommodation Officer to deliver high-quality housing management services and help residents move towards secure, long-term housing.

• Manage temporary accommodation sites and ensure safety and compliance
• Support residents to become tenancy-ready
• Monitor repairs, cleanliness, and fire safety
• Work closely with contractors, housing colleagues, and external agencies
• Engage residents in shaping future housing services

• Experience in housing, social work, or community care
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and vulnerable groups
• A proactive, customer-focused approach
• Full driving licence and flexibility to work evenings/weekends

• Salary:
  Salary circa £29,000 per annum plus flexible benefits of up to £1,941 per annum and vehicle allowance of up to £2,683 per annum
