Job Description

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process financial transactions in line with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance team in auditing processes and data analysis.
  • Handle queries related to financial records and transactions promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Bookkeeper should have:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role within the Accounting & Finance sector.
  • A strong understanding of financial principles and accounting software.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing discrepancies.
