A systems implementation role to help a business move across to Microsoft Dynamics BC - end to end role. Process Lead, one direct report.

The organisation is well established with a strong presence in the market.

• Oversee and manage financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the accounting processes.
• Identify and implement system improvements to optimise financial reporting and operations.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on financial systems and tools.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial systems.
• Analyse system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Support the implementation of new financial systems and upgrades.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft dynamics, ideally BC.

• A professional accounting qualification or equivalent educational background.
• Proven experience in managing and optimising financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices within the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and systems.

• Competitive salary ranging from £75,500 to £85,500 per annum.
• Fixed-term contract opportunity for 12 months.
