Our Client, a global leader in the engineering and construction of major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors, both offshore and onshore, is currently looking for a Claims Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Surrey.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

Proven experience as Claims Quantity Surveyor or similar activities within a project context Strong understanding of contract law, cost management and dispute resolution procedurs. IT skills:

As Claims Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for ensuring that claims are properly prepared, substantiated, and negotiated to safeguard the financial and legal interests of the Contractor. The role requires a strong understanding of contract law, cost management, and dispute resolution procedures, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills Responsibilities:
Analyse contract documents, project plans, and correspondence to identify potential claims and areas of risk.
