This innovating company are a leading manufacturer supplying their products to a global client base. They are in the process of expanding their UK operations and are now looking for a Junior/Graduate Support Engineer to join their expert team.

In this role you will be tasked with providing technical and product support across the company's entire product line. You will liaise with engineers, sales teams and customers to deliver successful projects and resolve technical problems, whilst also analysing data in order to identify trends with product issues in order to improve quality. You will also be provided with extensive training and have the opportunities to progress your career as the company further expand.

This role would therefore suit a graduate engineer or engineer with hands-on experience looking to come off the tools who is looking for the chance to join a growing company and train within a specialist industry.

The Role:

Technical & product support
Analysing data to identify trends with product issues
Occasional international travel to support installations
Extensive training provided
£30,000 - £35,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits

The Person :

Graduate engineer or engineer looking to come off the tools
Analytically minded
Excellent communication/customer facing skills
Able to travel internationally
UK/EU Passport holder
