Salary & Benefits:

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering professional and project-led building surveying services. You will be involved in technical inspections, contract administration, refurbishment schemes, and condition reporting across a range of sectors including education, commercial, and residential. Job Requirements:

RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or similar
* 2-5 years' experience in a consultancy environment Progressing towards MRICS (APC support available)

Experience with professional and project-based surveying work
