Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 3

The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join Maybury Montessori as a Level 3

Apprentice.

Maybury Montessori is designed to feel as much like home as possible for our children aged 6 months to 4 years. Our teachers are a dedicated team who are passionate about what they do, their main aim being to give each child confidence and a love of learning.

• Assist in creating a safe nurturing environment for children.
• Support the planning, implementation and evaluation of the EYFS curriculum, ensuring activities are developmentally appropriate and inclusive.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians and sharing information about children’s development and well‑being.
• Observe and assess children’s development, documenting observations and contributing to individual learning plans.
• Support children’s personal care needs.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming setting
• Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver engaging learning activities both indoors and outdoors.
• Attending staff meetings
• Follow Montessori ethos

• Level 2 Childcare Qualification is required
• You must be able to obtain a clear DBS
• You ideally will have GCSE Grades A
• C in English and;
  Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills.

• You will be required to work
  40hours per week with shifts between 08.00am to 18.00pm
