Internship: Sales & Commercial Operations

About The Role

As a sales intern, you will support the UK & Ireland Sales team across retail and e-commerce channels. This role provides first‑hand exposure to commercial decision‑making, customer management and sales performance in a dynamic consumer goods environment. You will work closely with Sales, Category, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain teams, supporting both day‑to‑day operations and analytical tasks.

Duration: 12 months

Working hours: 40 hours

Expected start date: June/July

• Support sales performance tracking (sell‑in, sell‑out, forecasts, KPIs).
• Assist with customer presentations, reports and commercial reviews.
• Support promotional planning and execution with key retail partners.
• Help coordinate internal stakeholders (Category, Marketing, Supply Chain).
• Conduct data analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support ad‑hoc commercial projects and initiatives.

• University student studying Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with good Excel skills.
• Structured, reliable and comfortable working with data.
• Interest in sales, retail, e‑commerce and commercial strategy.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Practical exposure to sales and commercial management.
• Understanding of how forecasts, promotions and customer planning work.
• Experience working with major UK retailers and e‑commerce platforms.
• A strong launchpad into sales, commercial or general management roles.
