Working Pattern:
Hybrid - 3 days per week from the Office, 2 days from home.

Contract:

Full‑time, Permanent 37.5 hours per week

Acosta Europe is seeking a VP Commercial Growth & Innovation to shape the future of our business and unlock new opportunities across the FMCG and retail landscape.

As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will define the strategic direction for commercial expansion, champion innovation, and build scalable solutions that elevate value for clients and drive long-term success.

What You'll Do

Commercial Growth Strategy

Define and execute a growth roadmap aligned with Acosta Europe's strategic objectives.

Identify, evaluate, and ope rationalise new revenue streams, channel strategies, Partnerships and and market expansion opportunities.

Drive pricing, promotional, and go-to-market strategies to maximize profitability.

Collaborate closely with business teams to develop and prioritize client pipeline

Innovation Leadership

Champion innovation across products, services, and processes through encouraging the adoption of experimentation and rapid prototyping techniques

Introduce new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.

Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the commercial organization Across Acosta Europe.

Client Value & Market Differentiation

Develop differentiated solutions that strengthen client relationships and deliver measurable ROI.

Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.

Engage in regular conversations with current and new clients to inform innovation and growth strategy

Identify and participate in industry events and trade shows to increase awareness of Acosta Europe and support client acquisition

Lead strategic client presentations and innovation workshops.

Enable a framework for capturing and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research for new business.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Data teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.

Influence investment decisions and resource allocation to support innovation priorities.

Act as a key advisor to the President and Executive Leadership Team on commercial transformation.

Partner with Chief Information Officer to identify the technological and operational conditions required for successful adoption of new products and services.

Support onboarding of new clients into their respective business area

What You Bring

Extensive senior commercial leadership experience (FMCG/retail/agency).

Proven success driving growth and innovation.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and digital transformation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Strategic mindset with a passion for turning ideas into action.

Experience in organisational transformation.

Background in commercial strategy and client relationship management.

Familiarity with European FMCG and retail markets.
