Our Public Sector Practice is positioned as a preferred supplier through key recruitment frameworks (including CCS RM6229, RM6277, PSR, MStar3 and Blue Light Commercial Services, amongst others).
The Role (Public Sector Practice)Working as part of our Public Sector team, you will:
Develop and grow our Public Sector Procurement & Commercial offering across the UK (central government through to local)
Build and maintain senior-level networks and long-term client partnerships across public sector procurement, commercial and contract management functions
Operate as a billing 360 recruiter within a small, successful team-winning work, delivering roles, and building a desk with real momentum
Deliver permanent and interim recruitment across typical Public Sector disciplines including Procurement, SRM, Contract Management, Category Management and Commercial Management
Confidently manage roles requiring enhanced vetting (e.g., BPSS, DBS, CTC, SV and DV), ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience
You'll be supported with access to an established framework position and a strong network-enabling fast, high-quality delivery into public sector hiring needs.
RequirementsEssential experience:
Proven recruitment experience (or team leadership) within a professional / corporate recruitment environment, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in Public Sector recruitment
Track record of building contract and/or permanent revenue through business development, networking and delivery
Strong credibility engaging with stakeholders at mid-to-senior level (Procurement / Commercial leaders)
Skills & traits:
Motivated by winning new clients, developing accounts, and becoming a trusted market partner
Strong work ethic, pace, and resilience
High professional standard of spoken and written English
Degree educated or qualified by experience
