We are recruiting on behalf of a family‑run, independent luxury car specialist who is opening a brand‑new workshop with state‑of‑the‑art ramps and facilities. They are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their small, close‑knit team.

• Work alongside 3 experienced technicians in a supportive, family‑style environment.
• A varied mix of work including tuning, modifications, diagnostics and general mechanical tasks.
• Opportunity to work on high‑end, luxury vehicles in a modern, well‑equipped workshop.

• Competitive salary up to £50k, plus £5k annual performance bonus paid monthly (from 75% individual target).
• Fully paid lunch on Fridays and 3–4 fully paid track days per year.
• Free local parking allocated to the business.
• Monday–Thursday: 8:00–17:30, Friday: 8:00–16:30.
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, with holiday buyback available.

• Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with strong mechanical experience.
• Confident in diagnostics, fault finding and all mechanical work.
• Full driving licence required.
• Enthusiastic, flexible and passionate about working on high‑end vehicles.
