We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager to join our award‑winning Geospatial team.

As the Office Manager, based at our office in Send, Woking, you will play an integral role in the smooth running of the office and team, providing administration support across the company.

A Bout

The Role
  • This is a full‑time role contracted around the core hours of 8.30am 5pm, Monday Friday, from our Head Office in Send, Woking, Surrey
  • This role equates to 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office, including facilities management and health and safety requirements
  • First aid and Fire Marshal duties
  • Answering incoming calls, dealing with queries and correspondence
  • Assisting with company compliance requirements, including Quality Representative for our ISO 9001 accreditation, and FoRs (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme) champion
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, staff, and IT support
  • Organising events and staff team‑building days
  • Arrange staff training and ensure records are kept up to date
  • Ensure equipment and vehicle servicing is maintained in line with manufacturer requirements and accurate records are held
  • Assisting with HR queries, timesheets, and onboarding requirements
  • Raising purchase orders and producing invoices
  • Ordering statutory record drawings
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Operations Department
About you you should apply for this role if you have
  • At least 3 years experience working in a Senior Administration/Office Management role
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Are highly organised with good attention to detail and time management skills
  • Flexibility to respond to changing business needs
  • A willingness to engage, learn and share best practices across the organisation
