About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team in the swimming pool service industry. In this role, you will help ensure residential and commercial pools operate safely, efficiently, and look their best.

This position involves inspecting pool systems, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining proper water chemistry. Our technicians work directly with customers and play a key role in delivering reliable service and creating an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on pool systems
  • Diagnose and repair equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
  • Test and adjust pool water chemistry to maintain safe and balanced conditions
  • Identify equipment issues and recommend repairs or replacements
  • Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with team members
  • Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines related to pool operations
  • Provide professional customer service while on-site
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in pool maintenance, mechanical service, or a related technical field
  • Basic understanding of pool equipment and water chemistry
  • Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50-75 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or similar industry credential
  • Experience working with automated pool control systems
  • Basic plumbing or electrical repair experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Previous field service or maintenance technician experience
