Experienced fire alarm technicians are encouraged to apply to Cummings Properties for this full-time opportunity, which has a schedule of 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday.
Primary responsibilities:
* Wire and install and troubleshoot devices related to all types of addressable fire alarm systems and panels
* Program devices related to all types of addressable fire alarm systems and panels
* Snow removal
The preferred candidate will possess:
* Residency in the greater Woburn area
* Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
* Electrical license is not required, but desirable
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of three to five years working on commercial addressable fire alarm systems
* Customer service skills
* Self-motivated and strong troubleshooting skills
* Fluency in spoken English and sound understanding of written English
* Good driving record
