Our client, a respected HVAC service provider, is seeking a Parts Coordinator / CSR to join their small, friendly office team.
This is a great opportunity for:
- Someone who attended trade school or considered a technician career but prefers a steady schedule and indoor work
- An experienced HVAC CSR (3-5 years) ready to step into a more hands-on, coordinator-type role
- Anyone with strong office and organizational skills who enjoys supporting technicians and customers
Location: Woburn, MA | Hourly pay rate range: $22 - $26 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM + One Saturday/month | On-call rotation with stipend + OT pay
What You'll Do:
- Provide responsive customer service via phone and email (not call-center heavy)
- Quote repair work based on technician feedback
- Coordinate scheduling for repairs, maintenance, and follow-ups
- Work with Service Titan to track jobs and documentation
- Communicate with field staff to confirm parts, timelines, and priorities
- Help out with other office duties as needed

- Great communicator who's organized, dependable, and detail-focused
- Background in HVAC, trades, or a similar service-based industry is a plus
- Comfortable using software like Service Titan (or similar scheduling/CRM tools)
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure while juggling priorities
