Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a role where you can support a skilled trades team without working in the field? Our client, a respected HVAC service provider, is seeking a Parts Coordinator / CSR to join their small, friendly office team.

This is a great opportunity for:

  • Someone who attended trade school or considered a technician career but prefers a steady schedule and indoor work
  • An experienced HVAC CSR (3-5 years) ready to step into a more hands-on, coordinator-type role
  • Anyone with strong office and organizational skills who enjoys supporting technicians and customers

Location: Woburn, MA | Hourly pay rate range: $22 - $26 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM + One Saturday/month | On-call rotation with stipend + OT pay

What You'll Do:

  • Provide responsive customer service via phone and email (not call-center heavy)
  • Quote repair work based on technician feedback
  • Coordinate scheduling for repairs, maintenance, and follow-ups
  • Work with Service Titan to track jobs and documentation
  • Communicate with field staff to confirm parts, timelines, and priorities
  • Help out with other office duties as needed
