• Oversee daily operations of a retail store, including merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives.
• Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with our products and services.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
• Participate in company‑provided paid training programs for leadership success.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well‑developed planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Retail Store Manager 2 earns a salary of $61,700 skim $92,500 per year, plus up to $24,000 in commissions annually if all sales goals are met. Benefits include:
