MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM – NEW ENGLAND
We're seeking recent college graduates (Spring 2026 graduates) for our Management Training Program who are enthusiastic and eager to learn about the residential real estate industry. This comprehensive 6–8-week paid training program is designed to provide a dynamic introduction to multifamily property management and prepare you for a successful career in real estate.
Starting in July 2026 (exact date TBD), you'll receive hands-on corporate and field training at our Woburn, MA headquarters and on-site at local properties. You'll learn all aspects of property operations, from leasing and marketing to maintenance and financial management. Upon completion, trainees are placed as Assistant Property Managers or Leasing Consultants, with a clear path for advancement. Many of our past trainees have been promoted to Property Manager and Regional Property Manager positions.

Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Consultant position in New England region
- Recent graduate (within 1 year) from an accredited college or university
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, Communications preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Customer service oriented with genuine desire to help others
- Team building and team leading abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Genuine interest in a career in real estate and/or multifamily property management
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Available to start in July 2026
