Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Woburn Nursing and Rehab Center, Woburn, MA

Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN | Day, Evening, Night Shifts

We are immediately hiring compassionate, motivated, and energetic Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our outstanding nursing team. At Woburn Nursing and Rehab Center, you’ll be appreciated daily, supported with training and resources, and given the chance to let your skills shine.

Responsibilities
  • Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and feeding
  • Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents safely
  • Coordinate dining room services: meal setup, tray delivery, feeding assistance, cleanup, and documentation
  • Deliver nutritional supplements and ensure proper intake; document accordingly
  • Weigh residents and report changes to nurse and supervisor
  • Track and report skin condition, including pressure areas, skin breakdown, or skin tears
  • Assist with toileting program activities
  • Complete daily flow sheets and document progress for each resident
  • Keep nurses and supervisors informed of factors affecting care delivery (e.g., resident refusal, reassignment)
Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered Massachusetts CNA certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate, professional, and patient-centered care
  • Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required
