DaVita is seeking a Nurse interested in providing care in an outpatient dialysis center. You can make a significant difference in the lives of patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Some details about this position:

What you can expect:

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Be part of a supportive, positive team environment.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring tailored treatment plans, leveraging a broad range of nursing skills.
• Oversee a group of patients with support from PCTs, conducting observations, measurements, and machine setups.
• Work with your head, heart, and hands daily in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• An Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may be substituted.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required.
• Certifications such as CNN or CDN are a plus.
