Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development and deployment of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
- Assist in executing comprehensive marketing strategies in partnership with market and operational leaders.
- Maintain brand uniformity across all promotional materials, channels, and customer touchpoints.
- Design and revise marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft engaging content aligned with strategic initiatives.
- Organize and manage files and version control for marketing assets.
- Oversee procurement of branded promotional items and marketing materials.
- Track expenses to ensure adherence to budgets and document all costs accurately.
- Manage inventory levels of marketing materials and promotional items supporting field and corporate functions.
- Support event preparation, including theme conceptualization, décor setup, and logistical coordination.
- Assist in maintaining and updating website content ensuring accuracy and freshness.
- Help publish and oversee digital content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and timeliness.
- Engage with social media platforms such as Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, and Twitter to boost online presence.
- Develop engaging social media content, scheduling posts across various channels.
- Support basic performance metrics tracking to gauge engagement and campaign success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Strategy, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or comparable roles.
- Excellent written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects across various brands and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Collaborative approach with a desire to learn and grow within a team environment.
