Fabrication Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabrication Supervisor, located in Woburn, MA. The Fabrication Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to quality standards, and manage production schedules. Responsibilities include supervising the fabrication team, implementing quality control measures, planning and scheduling production tasks, and overseeing assembly and fabrication processes. Additionally, the role involves providing training and mentoring to team members to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety protocols.

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and performance management
• Experience with Quality Control standards and processes in a fabrication environment
• Proficient in Production Planning, scheduling, and task coordination
• Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Welding
• Ability to deliver Training to team members on job processes and safety practices
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of water treatment equipment or similar industries is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certification or vocational training preferred
