You will report directly to our Production Manager, and you’ll work out of our Woburn, MA location on an On‑site, work schedule.

The Production Supervisor will take key responsibility to include developing assembly strategies, managing capacity plans and resources, coordinating with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go/no-go statement based on reports and metrics, assembly progress and defect status
• Presenting production improvements and developments in daily progress meetings including planned vs forecast
• Acting as the main liaison communicating between the team the rest of the internal and external organization
• Lead execution of planned production, ensuring that all production results are correctly recorded against the system
• Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high quality deliverables for customer
• Coordinating all production roles and responsibilities within teams
• Responsible for all assembly, production schedule development and configuration management activities
