Fitzemeyer & Tocci Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of clients and complex projects across the Northeast. As a trusted Owner’s Engineer, we partner with healthcare, science & technology, and academic institutions to deliver practical, high-quality engineering and construction leadership.

This role is ideal for a PE-licensed project leader who excels at client relationships, project execution, and portfolio accountability—and who is interested in growing their leadership scope over time
.

• Lead and manage a portfolio of clients and projects from pursuit through closeout
• Serve as Project Executive on complex and strategic projects
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Lead and mentor Project Managers; reinforce delivery and financial accountability
• Own portfolio financial performance including bookings, revenue, and profitability
• Partner with engineering, business development, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in project management or leadership
• Proven success managing complex, multidisciplinary projects and client portfolios
• Strong client-facing communication and business judgment
• Experience with Deltek or similar ERP systems
• Ability to balance delivery excellence with portfolio-level thinking
