• Prepare and generate data reports, functional specifications, technical design and feature documentation, business intelligence, process documentation, risk assessments, mitigation planning, system analysis, user acceptance testing, prioritization and delivery support.
• Communicate with PMs, Business Owners and IT teams to review requirements. Ensure acceptance criteria aligned; confer with architects regarding system implications and dependencies.
• Groom backlog, identify data patterns, maintain BI tools and databases, analyze market strategies and IT trends, align scope and sequencing recommendations, and prepare Business Process Documentation.
• Identify problems, satisfy client/user needs, and formulate test plans.
• Use Jira, Confluence, Quantum Metrics, Figma, Miro, Visio, SharePoint, Agile, SDLC.

• Must have Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation.
• In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations.
• Must have at least six (6) months of experience preparing functional specifications, process documentation, risk assessments, mitigation planning, system analysis; performing user acceptance testing, prioritization and delivery support; reviewing requirements, system implications and dependencies, backlogs; ensuring acceptance criteria aligned; using Jira, Confluence, Quantum Metrics, Figma, Miro, Visio, SharePoint, Agile, SDLC.

Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted.

$196,915 to $196,950/yr. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
