Raytheon seeks a Cyber Scrum Master (P2) to join our elite Systems Security Engineering (SSE) team within the Systems Directorate. The role will support the development of secure solutions that protect the Warfighter’s technology advantage, operating in a dynamic, agile development environment. This onsite position is located at Raytheon in Woburn, MA.

• Facilitate the Scrum process and help the team work effectively.
• Lead and guide the team in adopting and adhering to Scrum principles and practices.
• Work with the team to define various cyber‑security capabilities and ensure scope is met to satisfy customer needs.
• Assist in team personnel needs and provide necessary resources for success.
• Implement proper cybersecurity controls.
• Interact with stakeholders to define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, implementation plans, system impacts, and effectiveness.
• Support development of plans and estimates, task execution, project tracking, reporting, and risk identification and mitigation plans.
• Plan and guide SSE implementations in customer systems.
• Define security development and test efforts for implementation of security controls on networking devices, databases, operating systems, and hardware and software components.
• Integrate cybersecurity development and sustainment activities.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
• Identify and champion resolution of impediments.
• Track and report team agile metrics.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued DoD Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in System Security Engineering, computer technology reverse engineering, Anti‑Tamper, cybersecurity, or embedded security.
• Experience designing, implementing, testing, and fielding real‑time embedded security‑oriented solutions on DoD programs, using secure systems technologies, methodologies, policies, and guidelines.
• Experience generating systems requirements, design and architecture artifacts, plans, and/or policies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for positive interaction with coworkers, suppliers, stakeholders, and customers.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and implementing cybersecurity tools.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Knowledge of Endpoint Security Services (ESS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) / Tenable Security Center, and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP).
  Experience with IT/network and system security administration, including OS security configuration and account management best practices for UNIX, MS Windows, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Experience with the implementation and business growth of SSE throughout the entire life cycle.
• Cyber certifications such as CISSP, GSLC, CEH (DoDD 8570/DoDD 8140).
• Experience supporting the development of RMF documents and controls validation testing for ATO accreditations.
• Experience with backlog readiness for planning and execution.
• Exceptional ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness.
• Excellent communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Salary range: $66,000 – $130,000 (USD).
