This is a position for Theraputic Mentors, Masters Level Clinicians, LMHCs and LCSWs at Fidelia Counseling Services, Inc., located in Woburn, MA. The selected candidates will provide therapeutic support to individuals, families, and groups, addressing mental health and substance abuse challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, offering therapy sessions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Clinicians will also work closely with clients to foster communication, strengthen relationships, and connect clients with relevant community resources.
Qualifications- Ability to provide individual, family, and group therapy with skills in counseling and assessment
- Experience in creating and implementing treatment plans and providing strength-based clinical interventions
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse clients, families, and team members
- Knowledge of culturally competent and family-centered practices
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with an active Massachusetts license (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Experience working in community-based behavioral health or substance abuse settings is preferred
- Commitment to fostering inclusivity and understanding diverse cultural practices and needs
