Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the product roadmap that aligns with company goals, ensuring a strong product-market fit
- Partner with key stakeholders to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and market trends, and translate them into innovative product features
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth product execution and delivery. Serve as the product champion within cross-functional teams
- Conduct ongoing research to stay ahead of industry trends, identify new opportunities for innovation, and understand competitive landscapes
- Ensure the product meets performance, quality, and cost requirements while adhering to timelines for market introduction
- 7+ years of product management experience with a strong preference for experience in the automotive, dealership, or robotics industries.
- Proven expertise in guiding a hardware prototype development through launch, and successfully scaling it for market impact
- Strong understanding of hardware product development, including prototyping, testing, and manufacturing processes
- Deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, with a proven ability to integrate customer feedback into the product development process
- Understanding of cost structures with the ability to make trade-offs between cost, performance, quality, and time to market
- Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting complex data to make informed, strategic product decisions
- Ability to develop and clearly communicate a product vision that aligns stakeholders and drives execution
