The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) Long Range Radars department is seeking a Senior Logistics Systems Engineer to work onsite in Woburn, MA. Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers.
Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines:

* Develop and maintain detailed logistics supportability analyses, provisioning data for parts, and spares analysis for hardware across product lines.
* Apply advanced logistics principles to design and implement complex program-level concepts and execution plans.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Chief Engineers, Program Directors, and Program Managers, to ensure seamless integration of logistics strategies into overall program objectives.
* Create Basis of Estimates (BOEs) to support proposal efforts and drive strategic decision-making.
* Act as an interface between internal teams, stakeholders, and customer program leaders to ensure alignment and successful program execution. Qualifications You Must Have
* Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
* Experience with data collection and/or statistical analysis.
* Experience working in a project management environment.
* Experience in at least one of the following:
* Hardware generation breakdown or Bill of Material (BOM).
* Technical Data Packages such as drawings, parts lists, or electrical schematics.
* Creating and implementing logistics plans.
* The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer
* Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as Solid Works or Creo View.
* Experience reviewing and interpreting system drawings.
* Proficiency in performing Spares Analysis and Spares List Development (e.g., Poisson-Based Statistical Analysis, OPUS Suite, or similar tools).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* "Hands-on" experience with hardware repair and maintenance.
* Experience working with relational databases.
* Knowledge of Logistics Product Data (LPD) development and maintenance, in accordance with standards like GEIA-STD-0007 or MIL-STD-1388-2B.
* Familiarity with software tools such as EAGLE, POWERLOG, or SLICWave.
* Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and/or Control Account Management (CAM).
* Familiarity with U.S. military supply chain processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills.
