CNC Programmer

Are you a skilled CNC Programmer with a passion for precision and innovation? We're looking for a CNC Programmer with at least 5 years of experience to join our manufacturing team and take ownership of programming, tooling, and fixture design for advanced CNC machining operations.

Pay:
Up to $50/hr. (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and refine CNC programs using Cam Works and/or Master Cam 3D
• Create tool lists, setup sheets, and source necessary tooling
• Edit and improve existing CNC programs as needed
• Design custom work holding fixtures in Solid Works (jaws, vacuum fixtures, etc.)
• Read and compare NC file code for machining accuracy

Qualifications:

• Proven experience programming from CAD models, PDFs, and parts lists
• In-depth knowledge of GD&T, linear/ordinate dimensioning, and hole prep for inserts (helicoils, keenserts, etc.)
• Strong file management skills and familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe tools
• Solid understanding of manufacturing specs and machining tolerances
