Role: Civil Engineer - Land Development
Location: Woburn, MA
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 DOE (full suite of benefits, annual bonus, hybrid work schedule)
We are on the hunt for a Civil Engineer who has a passion for land development and site planning. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning, design, and implementation of our projects from concept through completion. If this sounds like you, please read on!
DUTIES AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES- Prepare detailed designs, plans, specifications, and reports using Civil 3D, Hydro
CAD, and other softwares - Coordinate with Engineers and Project Managers to develop designs
- Coordinate with Surveyors, Consultants, and others to obtain data and input for design development
- Address project requirements, resolve technical issues, and obtain approvals and permits
- Attend site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications
- Assist in the preparation of estimates, schedules, and permitting
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- BS in Civil Engineering or similar field
- Must be willing to obtain a MA soil evaluators license
- 3+ years of relevant Civil Engineering experience
- Solid understanding of Civil Engineering principles and practices
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydro
CAD, and Microsoft office - Prior experience with grading, drainage, stormwater management, erosion, sediment control, or others is a huge plus!
