• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Customer Support to resolve quality issues and warranty claims.
• Oversee QA inspections, audits, corrective actions, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure customer requirements and regulatory standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Design to integrate quality into new product development (NPI).
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and reliability testing for lighting assemblies and components.
• Develop test fixtures, inspection methods, and process controls to reduce variation and defects.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma and data‑driven approaches to improve manufacturing efficiency and yield.
• Champion a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement across the factory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a quality role within manufacturing; lighting, electronics, or high‑precision assembly experience a strong plus.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, UL/ETL compliance, Lean/Six Sigma, and advanced quality tools.
• Experience with failure analysis, test method development, and process engineering.
• ERP/MRP systems familiarity and ability to use data for decision‑making.
• Hands‑on leader, equally comfortable on the factory floor, in the lab, and in front of customers.
